I can't say enough good things about Capital Appliance Repair. The service was prompt, accurate, and cost-effective. They came when they said they were going to come, they correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no friction and little hassle. Their service was so good, I asked if the same person could go and assist my mother with her appliance problems. They went the next day, problem solved. Fast, courteous, and highly professional. If you need any small appliance work, call them. You won't regret it.

We called Capital Appliance Repair based on our previous experience with this company. They provide a service exactly as it should be done. The person answering the phone committed to a 2-hour time slot during which the repairman would arrive. He arrived on time, examined the machine, and it needed a new motor. He came back with this when he said he would, on a Saturday, and fixed the machine. He was pleasant, a neat worker, explained clearly what he needed to do, and was thoroughly professional.

Decided to hire Capital Appliance Repair again, after a very positive first service visit a couple of months ago for a different appliance. Pavlo is obviously well experienced, friendly, and respectful. Both repairs could have been done with more costly approaches by less experienced or shady technicians, but Pavlo suggested more efficient and cheaper solutions, which I really appreciate. I own multiple properties, and I will likely be calling Capital again when needed.

I called Capital and got a same-day visit. Parts needed for the repair were ordered, and the job was completed the next day. The Russian repairman; I forgot his name, was very kind and very professional.

Called Capital Appliance on Sunday, 7 April and was able to have a Repair Technician attend residence on 8 April between 11 AM - 1 PM on Monday. Technician arrived at 11:15 AM. Actual repair was at my daughter's residence. Technician called me at approximately 12 noon to detail cost breakdown, i.e.: technician service visit, repair time, and cost of part. Was able to pay bill via telephone. All in all, the communications with Capital Appliance and Repair Technician was excellent. Highly recommended.

We have used Capital Appliance several times for our rental properties and our own home. The technicians are qualified and able to perform most repairs same day or within 1-2 business days if parts are required. They offer valuable advice to help the customer decide on whether or not to proceed with the repair (based on age, condition, etc. of the appliance). The main office replies quickly to inquiries, including up to later in the evening, and is very courteous. This time around, we were able to get a repair within 24 hours when their competitor was not available for 4 days. They will definitely be my first call next time around!

This is the second time I've used Capital Appliance Repair, and they are absolutely fantastic!! Vanessa was the one that responded to my call and was very friendly and flexible in finding the right appointment time to fit my schedule. Oleg was the technician who came both times for my repairs. He was super knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. On both occasions, the issue was fixed that same visit as he had the parts with him. Prices are also very good compared to some other places I've called. I can't say enough about their service......I will not use anyone else!! Great job, guys, and thank you!!!

We were very impressed with Capital Appliance Repair. They sent someone very promptly, even on a holiday Monday. Vitaly came when he said he would to do the assessment and came back quickly as soon as he had the necessary part. Vitaly was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. We had a faulty built-in Bosch microwave. We contacted Capital Appliance Repair based on their positive Google reviews, and the reviews were not wrong. Capital provided a thorough service. Their lead technician, George, with the assistance of Mike, were friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough. They had one visit to diagnose the problem and identify the needed parts and a second visit, a few days later, to replace the parts. They left no mess behind, and we have a working microwave. The gentleman from Capital Appliance Repair was very prompt, professional, and quick with both his assessment and the repair. He knew that we had two burned out control switches and showed us what was wrong. He provided us with a detailed quote for the parts required and the cost of labour. He also made us aware that the parts may take some time to get here if they were not in stock. The office staff were very good and communicated with us in a professional, yet personable fashion. I will highly recommend them to family and friends.

A very efficient repair. Repairman offered to come earlier, assessed and explained the problem quickly, returned shortly with the part to be replaced, and finished in a short time. Polite and clean.

Urie was on time, followed all health protocols, determined the cause of the problem and went out of his way to find a solution when the current part was not likely to be available. A replacement part was ordered from out west and came in remarkable time. The repair was completed just a few days later. Urie was polite and did the repairs with great consideration for the surrounding area and items. I would definitely use Capital Appliance again and would ask for Urie.

Very happy with the service. Called 3 other places, all who claimed they were open on the weekend. All of them said they were closed, except Capital Appliance Repair. They arrived the same day. After inspection, I needed a part that would take a few days to get. After a few days, they called and said they would have it installed within the hour. I was very impressed with their service, response time, and professionalism.

Our experience with Capital Appliance Repair has been exceptional. Sadly, we have had several issues with relatively new appliances (don't ever buy Samsung) and Victor has been our technician.
