Bosch dishwasher returned to operation. The dishwasher stopped working just after the pandemic started. It was out of commission for 17 months. This was only scheduled as a diagnostic call, but the technician had it working again in ten minutes and corrected a couple of other problems left by previous technicians: a badly routed drainage hose and a drip in the shutoff valve on the water supply line. Total time was about 20 minutes. He wasted no time and cleaned up when he was done. Very happy with this repair!

It was determined that the leak was a result of a worn door seal and sprayer arm (error code AE). Parts are on order, and a follow-up service will be required. We have an LG dishwasher that mysteriously began intermittent problems after a few years, and it eventually stopped working. I bought it from Lowes in Stittsville, but found that having moved to a small hobby farm in Kinburn, it seems that suddenly nobody was available to come have a look...in fact one repair shop in Ottawa made an appointment then cancelled once they google mapped our place, telling us it was too far out! (Kinburn is still part of City of Ottawa btw, and about 20 mins easy drive from Stittsville ). Thank goodness for Capital Appliance Repair! George came out to see us and immediately determined the problem...mice had chewed through some wires...and he ordered the parts needed right when he was onsite and provided an estimate for the repair costs. On the follow-up visit, he came prepared, on time, and did a magnificent job finishing the repair, being careful to balance the dishwasher and clean up afterwards. He was also hilarious, which is frankly a welcome thing...:). Great guy, great repair experience! Highly recommended.

Our dishwasher wasn't working, and Capital Appliance Repair sent George to repair our appliance. He arrived within the designated timeframe and quickly determined that we had a defective water pump. So problem solved. However, in the process of examining the dishwasher, it was apparent that the water cable was leaking, which was an unknown issue—so George fixed that problem. Then George stabilized our dishwasher, which had been a longstanding problem from the initial installation by another firm, which pleased both my wife and I. Finally, he addressed another kitchen issue during his visit to our home. George is quick but thorough and gets the job done. We started out with one definite problem and ended up fixing 4 issues to our satisfaction. That is a great service call. P.S. The dishwasher now works just fine.

I phoned for repairs to my dishwasher. I received a quick and prompt appointment. The service person who visited the house, Evgeny, was polite, knew his work, and highly professional. I am very satisfied with the service provided and recommend their service. Given my good experience, when I next had a problem with my washing machine, I called them again in November 2017. Again, I was provided a quick appointment within 24 hours. The person who visited, not Evgeny, but Pavlo this time, again knew what he was doing: courteous, professional, and fixed the problem in no time. Given the comments I got from both repair people, the company could offer an additional service of guiding people prior to a major appliance purchase, perhaps for fifty dollars. In the meanwhile, I am very satisfied with the service received.

Vasilyi (our tech) arrived when we were told he would, assessed the situation, and listened to my description and saw the pictures. He confirmed the seal that was problematic. Ordered one and gave me a workaround (a pan under the leak area), which allowed us to use the dishwasher in the meanwhile. He also gave us several tips about how to keep the dishwasher cleaner and how to keep the little nozzles from being clogged. Great service, second time I've used them (and I think Vasilyi may have been here before on another issue (pump replacement for the dishwasher)). Saved me having to buy a new dishwasher, so the service visit is worth it. Vasilyi was also very polite and answered all questions. Would have him back without a doubt if I need any appliance repair.

Of course our dishwasher decides to stop on Friday night of a long weekend! After fiddling with buttons and power for an hour, I started looking for a repair service answering calls early on a Saturday morning. The receptionist who took my call around 9:30 told me she could schedule a service call between 11 and 1. I was happy, but not optimistic, as I thought they could diagnose the issue, but not get replacement parts till Tuesday after the long weekend, so I hand washed and dried all the dishes. In hindsight, I should have had more faith. Serviceman worked about an hour, actually had the replacement switch he needed, and fixed things quicker than I thought possible. Amazing. Effective. Efficient, and professional. Kudos and thank-you.

Capital Appliance Repair responded promptly to an online request, confirming a next-day appointment. Tech arrived on time, was efficient, professional, and polite: the circulating pump had failed. Repair was far more economical than replacement of a 4-year-old built-in dishwasher. Delivery of an assembly by a supplier in the GTA took longer than anticipated, a delay beyond the control of Capital Appliance. Follow-up when the replacement assembly arrived was prompt. An appointment was booked and the repair was completed by the same tech, who took care to verify proper operation, check for leaks, and clean up the work site.

Good honest service. During COVID, our technician arrived with a mask on (thank you) and was personable but didn't waste time getting to business. He inspected our dishwasher and freezer and explained the issues, told us why he knew what the issue was (specific parts that shouldn't make specific noises, etc.), and recommended appropriate actions. In one case our dishwasher parts could take weeks or months to arrive, so he recommended we buy another dishwasher. Happy that he didn't try to make money for the company despite leaving us without a dishwasher indefinitely. I trust this company and will call on them again.

I was a bit concerned when the technician told me he had to order parts. Though he said they should arrive within a week, I know how these things can go, so I was expecting it to take even longer than that. Happily, they arrived in two days and he was back to finish the job much earlier than I expected. He did the repair quickly and professionally and took the time to offer me a couple of useful tips to help maintain my dishwasher and keep it running longer as well. Contacted Capital Appliance Repair to fix my KitchenAid oven and Bosch dishwasher. My request was replied to quickly on the weekend and booked in for the Monday. George diagnosed the problems immediately and ordered the parts from my kitchen before he left. The buttons for my dishwasher were no longer available, and they did an exhaustive search for them. Our dishwasher was not turning on properly, and we called Capital Appliance Repair. Technician Vitaly came and diagnosed that it needed a new pump. He professionally gave us options, and we chose to put in a new pump since this dishwasher has been amazing in all the years that we've been using it! Since it's an older model, we had to wait for the pump to be sent from Calgary, but he explained that and we were fine with it. The pump came after 10 days or so. Vitaly is an excellent technician, and we would not hesitate to use the company again in the future!

Called Capital Appliance to check out our Bosch dishwasher. Service tech came on time, had it fixed in < 30 mins. It was stuck in between cycles, which he was able to reset. He said that the control board and level housing could/should be replaced, but the cost of this isn't worth doing and that I should look for a new one. As it's a week before Christmas, I'm glad it's fixed for now and grateful to know we need a new d/w. I was just charged for the service call. Outstanding service and so happy I called Capital Appliance.

Our dishwasher was leaking. Called to have a technician assess it. Vitaly was great. He could not be 100% sure of the cause but recommended replacing a part that was the very likely source. He did not pressure us and let us think it over and decide whether to repair or replace. We called later that day and the part was immediately ordered, and Vitaly just returned to install it. So far, no issues and there is a warranty should there be any problems. Definitely recommend for an honest, pressure-free experience!

Had an E25 error on my decade-old Bosch dishwasher. I tried the basic fixes myself via Internet videos, but to no avail. Yuri came on a Monday, diagnosed the issue, picked up the part himself to save me some time waiting, and was back to successfully repair the washer early Thursday afternoon. The technicians were polite and professional. They diagnosed my dishwasher problem quickly and accurately, and gave me clear options. They completed the repairs with care and paid attention to the small things, like putting a towel down to not get water on the floor, or using the floor mat to not damage the hardwood when taking out the dishwasher. I was offered a same-day appointment, but next day worked better for me. Ilya arrived 1 hour into the 2 1/2 hour window I was given. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Though he wasn't able to fix my dishwasher, he did everything he could, and I was confident with his assessment that the pump was gone and his recommendation that for the model we owned, it would be very expensive/not worth repairing. Courteous, he quickly identified the problem and ordered the necessary part. A week later, George came back to install the part. He was quick, informative. Many thanks to George, we now have a fully functional dishwasher, and we know a little bit more of how to take care of it. Great job!

They are responsive (you can get a human the first time you call), will schedule your appointment for you ASAP, their prices are reasonable, and they will fix the problem and make a recommendation to replace or repair the machine. Kobi serviced our dishwasher this week, and he was great. Good quality work, price, and professionalism. You can't ask for more. I would recommend this company for your appliance service.

I needed a new dishwasher installed and not wanting to mess it up by doing it myself, I called a professional. George was the professional Capital Appliance sent out for the install. He was friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. George gave me pointers on how to maintain my new product to save me more expense in the future. It took one business day for Capital Appliance to send someone out. I'll be calling them again if the need arises!

Immediately after opening my dishwasher, the service technician was able to isolate the issue. Within a week, they had ordered the missing part and installed it. After installation, the service technician walked me through the install and assured me everything was back in working order, backed by a 90 day warranty. Split payment also made this a pleasant experience, paying half on the first visit and paying the remaining balance after the install was complete.

Within 30 mins, he was able to take apart the dishwasher, found the problem, and put it all back to make sure everything was good before leaving. Service provided by Yuri was thorough and professional. He is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue within 2 minutes of hearing the dishwasher. He also spent additional time making sure there were no other issues by putting the dishwasher through its paces, and was honest enough to tell us that if the issue returned, we really should get a new dishwasher instead of wasting money on additional repairs.

Ilya showed up right on time - extremely knowledgeable and had the door hinges on my KitchenAid dishwasher replaced in a flash. Was very careful with the unit and tested it after putting everything back. Would use the company again and thoroughly recommend their service. Part of the reason for choosing them was how promptly they got back to me with quotes, etc. Most of the other outfits took a long time to contact me.

The part required would have been special order, and he gave me an estimate as to how long it would take to arrive. He also provided me an extra minute to discuss how to clean the glass in my oven. Had a problem with my dishwasher. Appointment was scheduled the same day. Part needed to be replaced. Part arrived quickly and installation of the part was scheduled the next day. Repairman arrived on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. Office staff were very pleasant and passed on a message to the repairman. Your business is very lucky to have employees that are so personable and straightforward as he was assessing what may be causing the loss of power to our dishwasher. He was very thorough, which gave us great confidence when he found the problem was not the dishwasher but elsewhere in the kitchen, which requires an electrician. The technician came the day I called. He was very nice and tried to fix the problem... our Miele dishwasher was not working. He had to order a part, which was expensive, but we agreed it was worth fixing. When the part came in, he came the next day and all is good. I would use this company again. Only problem is they do not stock parts, so we had to wait two weeks.
