Called Capital Appliance when our fridge stopped working. We were able to get an appointment the next day. The repair person was efficient and knowledgeable. The parts were ordered and despite expected delays due to Covid, we were able to secure an appointment within a few days for him to come back with the parts. The estimate was right on and he repaired both problems (fan which was the main problem and water main which had been acting up for years) within a couple of hours. We were having issues with our Samsung dryer so we called Capital and they were able to book in very quickly. They arrived right on time, were very courteous and fixed the issue with my dryer. Extremely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!

Very Happy with the service. Called 3 other places all who claimed they were open on the weekend, all of them said they were closed except Capital Appliance Repair. They arrived the same day. After inspection I needed a part that would take a few days to get. After a few days they called and said they would have it installed within the hour. The repairman Evgreni checked the dryer and determined that it needed a part in order to fix it. The part was not readily available so he ordered it. It will be here in 2-3 weeks. Very pleasant technician, came in the allotted time frame (which from my experience is definitely not always the case) and explained everything very openly about my washing machine. The plastic hinges on the bottom mount freezer door handle on our Samsung french door refrigerator failed causing the handle to come off. The technician found the correct replacement parts and ordered them and replaced them.

I called on Monday and had the dishwasher installation completed by their technician before 6pm on Wednesday of the same week. The technician was polite, informative and friendly! Will definitely be calling them again for my home appliance installations and repairs.
